Refund and Returns Policy
Introduction
At Belin, we aim to ensure you are delighted with your purchases. We understand that sometimes an item may not be what you expected. If you’re not entirely pleased with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns Window
You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags intact. You will need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you have received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Order Edits
If you would like to edit your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. After the initial 12 hours, we will not be able to edit your order.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Lost parcels
If your parcel is lost in transit, we will gladly replace it and ensure that your order reaches you, provided the correct address is selected at checkout. If you do not want the parcel replaced, we will have to wait 30 days before refunding the order if the parcel is delivered to you. Our customer service team will check on your order regularly during the two weeks to track its progress and provide you with accurate information.
What is the restocking fee?
There is no restocking fee.

Refunds Window
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
Return Cost
The return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility. However, if the item is damaged during transit, we will send a replacement at no additional charge.
